I'm sure at some point there will be a new Maschine controller, what type of stuff would you like to see?

I would LOVE to have a FLIP UP SCREEN so we don't have to use laptop stands, foam pads, binders, music stands, etc lol.

What if they had a big color screen on it! Not huge but you know...it could be the same size as the screens now, angled up, in color :)

Hmmm....what else...if they added more groups to the software then I'd like to see more group buttons of course.

Maybe some small faders.

Dedicated buttons for octave changes....

what else?

+ 1 FOR A FLIP UP SCREEN in Color , that would dope. Also would like it there we're dedicated buttons for quantize..without the need to shift etc.. +1 on Faders too...

Maschine needs to be wider the dimensions need a revamp and update to the design. I do miss the sturdy builds of my Mpc's,Asr's,and Roland units..

Overall I think NI did an amazing job with their first release, but I'm looking forward to their next hardware debut..
agreed!

or maybe multiple controllers for different folks, you still want mobility for those that are mobile, maybe a more robust version for those that use mainly in studio etc?
+1 on the tilt screen, and +1 on the fader or maybe 2, plus I would like to see a soundcard built in, so it was a total package, maybe with multiple outs for the groups.
it would be ultra dope if maschine could work by itself no computer needed and still work as a pluggin .
like the mac book air it can have a very small hard drive chip, stereo inputs and outputs, headphone jack and a touch sensitive track pad for mouse like editing
Arturia did it with that origin synth.
go for the MASCHINE XL.
MASCHINE & AUDIO KONTROL 1 in one midi controller....
And....Software Compatibility.
What more can I say?!!!
ALL I WANT IS FOR it TO SUPPORT VSTI....and a quantize button would be nice.
@ Papa I feel ya man!
@Rudy, you seen the price of the origin? lol

@ SOE I feel that!

@ JBobmer...that's more of a software thing as far as vst suppport, quantize button would be dope.
stereo ins and outs!!!!!!!!!!!! When I record from vinyl or my comp or whatever I like running it through an external eq( I have this great 4-channel keyboard mixer). Flip-up screen would be dope. Otherwise I'm satisfied with te hardware.
a flip up screen, would be awesome..
also i like to have some wood at the sides for the look and would be nice if they make it a little more silent when u hit the pads, like on my mpc.
outs at he back would be nice too, maybe a optical out
flip screen would be dope, not sure about the "silent" thing...I always heard my pads when I hit them on the mpc lol.

wood would be coo, if they build an audio interface into it that would be dope as well, it would have to be a decent one though.
one large color touch screen, not too big but kind of like what euphonix has on there mc control v2. In fact if they could just make a combination of the mc control v2 and the maschine that'd be dope. 4 faders, touch screen, knobs that relate to whats on the touch screen, plus your 16 pads and intuitive software... and also something cool about the euphonix controller is the ethernet connection which is insanely fast compared to midi, usb or even firewire. also touch screen could be used like a kaoss pad for fx! especially a vocoder. what more would you need? sure it'd be a lil bigger, but so much more you could do!
feeling that..
