Permalink Reply by Keith Price on November 26, 2011 at 2:14pm I use Maschine MIkro and to get a count on I press shift+rec.
Permalink Reply by saintjoe on November 26, 2011 at 2:25pm you have to use shift+rec on the controller, there is no count in on the actual software, it's a long standing request for sure
Permalink Reply by Jay Rod on November 26, 2011 at 5:30pm @keith - Thanks for the response. I know how to use the metrenome but i wanted a count in before it starts. Sucks they dont have that.
@saintjoe - I hear yea man, I have been spoiled by iMaschine for the Ipad. it gives you a 4 second count in.
Thanks alot for your input guys.
Permalink Reply by saintjoe on November 26, 2011 at 5:35pm you gotta remember that the regular maschine is meant to work with the controller where imaschine is touch screen. So they tried to copy the features from the controller in a good way in the iMaschine
so with regular maschine you just do it from the controller
Permalink Reply by saintjoe on November 26, 2011 at 5:48pm like mentioned earlier, you press shift+record
Permalink Reply by Jay Rod on November 26, 2011 at 6:11pm In iMaschine for the Ipad, it comes in 4 seconds before and then has the metronome during the recording.
The Maschine software has a metronome count during the recording but it does not have a 4 second count in.
Wish it had that.
Permalink Reply by saintjoe on November 26, 2011 at 6:20pm Yes, Maschine does have a 1 bar count in, I use it every single day.
As mentioned multiple times in this very thread already, on your controller, press shift+rec, you will get a count in, make sure you're running the latest version of the Maschine software and not an old version.
Permalink Reply by Jay Rod on November 26, 2011 at 8:33pm My bad, sorry for that. I wasn't using the latest software. Updated now it does, Thank you.
