Komplete Element dl link

I just reformatted my computer and i need to re-download the complete elements that came with the 1.6 update. I have my serial number but I no longer have the link to download the bundle itself. Appreciate it if you can help

Did you check to see if you still had the old email that NI sent about the download?

Also you might be able to refresh your service center and get what you need.

Any of the 3 versions of Komplete will show up in the Service Center.
Doesn't matter if it's Komplete 7, Komplete 7 Elements or Komplete Elements.

it will not show up for free if you don't have it installed, so it does matter.

If you have ever installed/registered a product as the OP had then you can refresh the Service Center or log into your NI account (which is what the Service Center does) and find downloads for any products you have registered with NI.

Who knows why NI didn't tell him.

All I know is if you log in to your NI account where your software is registered you click updates and it will take you to replacement downloads for any software you have registered with NI.

At any rate I have wasted enough time with this forum so I'll just move on.

Sad that you try to be helpful and get BS like this and worse of all from the forum owner.

Why dudes catch feelings so easy on the internet? If you can't handle other opinions maybe you shouldn't post yours?

I'm trying to help him the same as you, and he got the software. That's all that matters, he's happy :)

Just trying to save people the headache of wondering why all their software isn't downloadable in service center when they do a reformat (IE new machine)

You do know updates are not the same as original installs right? Service center is for updates, but remember komplete elements was not an update, it was a download given to registered Maschine users when they updated to 1.6. That's why it didn't show up as a "content update" in service center when you updated to 1.6, you had to get it directly from NI. That's all I'm saying....didn't think I had to spell it all the way out fam, really.

But yo if you feel the need to "move on" because of that lol go for it. The internet is a big place, I'm sure you can find somewhere to be comfortable where no one ever disagrees with you....
