Komplete Elements MK2 Download – where is it?

Hey Guys,

I recently refreshed my Mac OSX install and forgot to back up my mails and stuff so now I am missing the DL Link for Komplete Elements. I can find my Registration Data for it in my N.I. Account, but I can't find the DL Link to the Product. Could somebody give me clue?

Just have them send it to you again, as I think the download links are personal if I remember correctly

After helplessly wandering around on the obscure support pages of the N.I. site, I decided to call their headquarters here in Berlin. After a 10 minute phonecall, I finally got an E-Mail with a new DL Link for the .iso file… yeah, so that's how it goes basically.

I am still a little confused, why they just don't add the file to the available downloads in your account. It's protected by individual serials anyway, so there should be no use to make it extra KOMPLEcaTEd to access your software… AVID is doing a much better job when it comes to this!
